Outcome harvesting

Conciliation Resources uses Outcome Harvesting as its main monitoring and evaluation methodology to collect evidence of what has changed (outcomes) and then work backwards to determine whether and how an intervention has contributed to these changes.

Outcomes are defined as changes in behaviours, actions, relationships, policies or practices of one or more social actors which include individuals, groups or communities, organisations or institutions.
